Stay here! I'm an American geologist and have been coming to Thamel for 20 years. The entire hotel is impressive. In particular the bathrooms are modern and spacious. Hard to find in Nepal. It is located on a relatively quiet street despite it being located in the heart of Nepal. The massage and spa facility is icing on the cake. The rates are reasonable. You will not be disappointed.
